- 14.00 official opening of the meeting with cars/vans registration and hosting of crews. Exposure of the vehicles on the lawn next to the Bardineto football field and only 300 meters far from the main stage of music festival Balla coi Cinghiali: free camping area with toilet and showers.
WE'LL BE VERY CLOSE TO THE FESTIVAL BUT OUTSIDE THE MASS!
- 17.30 departure for a scenic cruising: Bardineto - Lake Osiglia - Bardineto, a wonderful oval circuit of 50 km with a stop and drink offeres at Osiglia.
- 19.30 return Bardineto meeting area and dinner at the festival food area: remember that at Balla coi Cinghiali is "like Woodstock, but you definetly eat better! ': NEWS... there will be the opportunity to purchase a meal for dinner including starter, main course, a drink and espresso in order to avoid the huge food queues of the festival!

Saturday 22 August:
- 9.00 hard awakening and opening of the event with registrations and hosting of crews always into the lawn next to the football field in Bardineto and only 300 meters from the main stage of music festival Balla coi Cinghiali
- 11:30 let's start to rock with the SLALOM STOPWATCH COMPETITION! helmets provided by us, belts and go goo goooooo! First timed session, with 3 categories: beattles and derivatives with 1200 and 1300 cc engines, and beattles and derivatives over 1300 cc engines , BUS / VANS!
- 13.00 free lunch with a large presence of food stands within the music festival.
- 14.30 second and final round of SLALOM COMPETITION (may participate crews that did not progress during the first): last chance to challenge!
- 16.00 beginning of the traditional "BEETLE TRIATHLON" ... 3 team games, in which you will need physical and goliardic skills!!
- 18.00 departure of crews and short cruising to Calizzano where it will be offered an aperitif with tasting of typical local products;
- 19.30 come back to meeting area in Bardineto and prize time: the three best participants each category of SLALOM CHALLENGE and 3 best teams for "BEETLE TRIATHLON";
- 20.00 as on Friday...dinner at the festival food area: remember that at Balla coi Cinghiali is "like Woodstock, but you definetly eat better! ': NEWS... there will be the opportunity to purchase a meal for dinner including starter, main course, a drink and espresso in order to avoid the huge food queues of the festival!

Sunday 23 August:
- 9.00 extremely hard awakening and re-opening of the event with registrations and hosting of crews in Bardineto and in contemporary in Ceriale (SV) in waterfront area called General Armando Diaz;
- 10.00 Departure from Bardineto towards Peagna: 30 spectacular kilometers of pure driving pleasure towards Peagna village above Ceriale: nice view and offered snack!
- 11:00 am departure of crew members at Ceriale torads Peagna, joining with crews coming from Bardineto... offered snack for everybody!
- 12.00 back to Ceriale meeting area and second appetizer offered in the main square of Ceriale on the promenade;
- 13.00 LET'S GO TO THE BEACH! Bathing facilities at "Bagni San Sebastiano" at 10 meters from where vehicles are parked: PRIVATE BEACH reserved for meeting participants, ohhh yeah!!!! With the possibility of using the beach facilities.
- 14.30 lunch time: mixed grilled meat, side dish, dessert, beer / wine, coffee and digestive ... .20 EURO WITH RESERVATIONS REQUIRED NO LATER THAN THURSDAY 21st AUGUST.
- 16.00 nice female surprise on the beach...we can't reveal everything ;-)
- 17.00 prize time / greetings and relax on the beach ... until you'll have to leave!
